Return policy
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, we recommend obtaining a proof of postage and using a trackable service when returning goods to us. Any returns should be sent to Playback, 10 High Street, Princes Risborough, HP27 0AX.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days of purchase. Shipping is currently available to UK residents only. All shipping methods are via trackable services, customers have their choice of carrier at checkout, or we can offer pick-up in store during our opening hours if you are local to Princes Risborough.
Playback Memberships
Memberships are required to be able to utilise our DVD rental offering. A membership fee is payable when signing up and in the instances of our Gold, Silver and Bronze tiers this is a one-off lifetime payment. This membership allows us to keep track of where our DVDs are, when we can expect them back, and manage late fees if necessary.
